Everytime a make a pursharse with them, they are always ready to help with the order give head up and more. I would be more then glad to tell people to go and buy stuff trough them really attentive and guide there client trought every step

Service à la clientèle et achats
J'ai été très satisfaite. Service impeccable et rapide. J'ai reçu mes achats quelques jours après avoir terminé de faire ma demande. J'ai déjà recommandé mon ancien conjoint qui lui aussi va recevoir ses choses dans vraiment pas long . Merci MDG et merci à mon assistante Vera S. ??

Some great some not so great
Ordered a bed frame and mattress, delivery was quick and easy. Chose a full living room set, spoke to rep requesting delivery inside front door, due to the fact I'm disabled and could not get help for set up until after delivery. I had no way to physically get product in my door to be safe. No stairs, main floor condo with entrance door right on patio. They would only deliver outside. I offered to pay extra. Still no, I was told to call carrier. Carrier said they would gladly help me but MDG just had to request it on delivery. Called back MDG they said no they wouldn't do it. But had already processed order. So I canceled immediately. This was an easy request, I think they could have done this and kept a loyal customer.

Great sales rep customer service
This is my first time with MDG and from beginning to end my salesman Mike Derikonjic went above and beyond for all my questions about the product I was buying. I truly appreciated that and going through the process he made it simple! The communication was honest and he never missed a beat Thanks MDG and Mike I’ll give a seperate review of my product once I receive it.

There When I Needed You
There were a few times over the years when I didn't know what I was going to do when Christmas rolled around and I wanted so badly to offer gifts I knew my two youngest Grandsons would be overjoyed to recieve and had it not been for MDG I could never have played the "Best Santa" roll for them. Thank you MDG for making Christmas great for me and the boys.

Satisfied
I have a great experience with MDG, they go above and beyond my expectations even when I try to make an effort to meet them half way with all my dealings. I am not disappointed with the way they help me with issues such as damaged products during shipping. I am a returning customer and have had an amazing experience thus far. Was very unhappy
I order the wromg natters and the box was never open I call MDG to see if I can return it I was tolg no .I think that is very wrong I wanted and king size matter I order a fukk by mistake I think if the box was berver open MDG should have taken it back and set me the King size matters . Your pobolice neen to be change
