Outstanding Customer Service!!!

100% the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was so impressed by the care, and professionalism of the MDG team. I had a quick and pleasant experience, the did not waste my time, or try to upsell, only gave me exactly what I needed. Super impressed and definitely takes care when it comes to customer service.

All in One

I am happy I took out a 3yr warranty on my HP All in One computer. I never thought I would have to use it, but after 2yrs my computer would not turn on. I called MDG and Marissa took great care of me, they advised that I was still under warranty and they managed to get the computer shipped back to them. The only thing was since the computer was not in stock I was given a gaming monitor as a replacement. So although I didn't really benefit from the warranty as I didn't get a computer back in return I did get something of comparable value.

Satisfaction

C'est facile de devenir un bon client chez MDG ! Les paiements sont juste et facilitant. Quand on devient bon client chez MDG on peut s'offrir tout ce que l'on désire et en plus ils ont augmentés les choix dans leurs catalogues, ils ont une très belle variété et c'est pour cette raison que je reste avec eux ! Life Savers

I was facing an emergency situation and couldn't get help anywhere. I looked into MDG without hope because so many others turned me down or were scams. Thank goodness I took the chance. Fabulous folks to work with and will get you in a position of feeling better again.
