I have always had a good experience talking to customer service they are always willing to help ordering a new item is easy dont have to go through the whole process again and again and again

Damaged product, Immediate help
received the iPhone I ordered from MDG and within minutes of opening it I was on the phone with MDG support. The phone arrived so badly damaged that it wasn't usable. the display was shattered, the enclosure was bent and cracked and it looked like the UPS used the package as a volleyball. Package was damaged too. I was asked to send in photos and within 1 day was advised a new phone was on the way. New phone arrived in perfect condition (although using a mylar envelope to ship a $1500 phone probably isn't smart) and after about a month of back and forth I sent the damage phone back to MDG and case was closed. No extra money out of my pocket and MDG did all the heavy lifting filming the claim with UPS. great job....

Helps out with everything being expensive
I’ve been with MGD for about 14 years. Small payments helped life with big purchases. You can’t afford it all at once when you have a family.

Great company

Excellent customer care
I was incredibly impressed with the customer care. My item was coming from a third party seller and when it was a bit late they were very active in following up and keeping me updated.

It was a very satisfying day for me as it went good. The only thing is it took a little bit longer. But that’s ok it went good otherwise
