Limited items to choose from
Not many choices. If there were more items I think it'd be better. I haven't ordered anything because of this. Also price is hefty on the items they do have.

Customer of 10 + years
Been a customer of this company for 10 plus years, paying off my final balance in large chunks just to stop them from collecting so much interest. Bank was in error and bounced a payment, not missed one the entire time I was with them, agent was nice enough to offer to refund the NSF they charge when I called in originally. waited for 3 billing statements and received no such refund. They also overcollected on one of my items after paying it off, and didn't transfer the funds or refund it until AFTER I called THEM. Called to speak to an agent about that overcharge and the promised rebate of nsf, he was BEYOND ignorant with me, how that guy has a job at a call center is mindblowing. I've never been treated so rudely for simply asking what was promised, even made a big deal out of the overcollection like it was my fault. Emailed the company with the concern, two weeks later, no reply. Will not be doing any further business with them. I don't NEED to get stuff on loan, I was just building credit. I'll move on to more responsible means of building.

Mdg is a joke of a company, they charge you way more then they should and when you're still paying something off they refuse to do warranty work. BUYER BEWARE, go elsewhere and stay away from MDG!

SO FAR not what i was expecting.....
i put in all documents needed got prequalified even was given a store credit to purchace for credit repair plan purchases i ordered for a nintendo switch and i paid my first payment wothin the $1 astated and it said also it would ship afterwards....no im getting told i have to pay my monthly payments 3 times before it gets shipped in september?!! when i applied to start everyrhing for July.....common guys you gold digging me or am i going to see some proper customer service fore this....

MDG WASTE OF TIME!
I would love not to have to even click a star.. I was more interested in rebuilding my credit, of course, I could buy a tv off a truck for a couple of hundred bucks why pay 2000 after it said and done with MDG . I send in all kinds of documents, I'd, they were taking all kinds of money for 6 weeks, and then I find out I don't qualify, why waste my time, giving messed up excuses asking for documents and more stuff, this should be done at the beginning, if u qualify u qualify..done deal. And the first payment higher then the rest...

Poor quality furniture
I had friends that got computers and what not from mdg and had a good experience, so I decided to get a couch and a PlayStation. No problem with the PlayStation, electronics are always safe to buy from a reputable company online. However my problem is the furniture, I do not recommend buying the furniture. I bought a couch from them just over a year ago and it is now essentially garbage and I’m still paying for it. I did buy the warranty but am being told I can not use it because the item is out of stock (although the warranty states a new couch or one of equal or lesser value), and they don’t see the problem with the couch from the photos. Instead they tried to offer me a $200 credit to go away. All I ask for was the cushions replaced because I can feel the frame of the couch through the cushions, and the cushions above my storage compartment have sunken into the storage, because there isn’t anything in the storage. I can’t lay on my couch in any direction because I can feel the frame, it is super uncomfortable. The quality of the couch is terrible. I wish I would’ve just saved my money up and went to the brick. Then I wouldn’t be paying a ridiculous amount of interest for a garbage couch. My moms couch lasted years from the brick, as couches should for what you spend. Even if they were to replace the cushions on this couch, they would still wear down in a years time and I’ll have to buy new again. It’s a waste of money, I would not recommend the furniture.

Question about delivery service
I was thrilled to see how fast my order was shipped. 6 items - UPS delivery 1 item - Day & Ross delivery Down side is the fact that it took 3 days to have full delivery of my order. 2021-07-14 - 1 item delivered 2021-07-15 - 1 item delivered 2021-07-16 - 4 items delivered I still don't understand how it is possible to split delivery for same order? I received a call from Day & Ross for the second part of the order. Package weighing 115 lbs will be delivered at my door but not inside.

Don't give them your banking info at all it's other ways to get the tech you want
I am done paying by 4 months and still haven't received my Samsung 82 inch crystal UHD tv and MDG keeps saying it's not in stock but their working on it not 4 Months after the tv is paid for and still charged me last week and I put a stop payment on it and the good reviews are a joke because it's done with the same language and when they say you'll be refunded I'm still waiting a month later MDG gets 1 star because no stars isn't an option. Again don't be fooled by the 5 ,star reviews because it's done with the same language! If your not on the hook for much please call to see if you can get a refund (good luck) but at least try.

Did all my research online. Decided to work with MDG. Easy pre approval no hard pull once accepted hard pulled Exquifax. Emails and calls were spot on with great customer service. Recurved my laptop 4 days earlier than expected in great boxing. Laptop ha is amazing. Referred a friend, he purchased the Lenovo gaming laptop. He was very pleased with the initial service at well. I will purchase again. Also great that I'll get $2500 credit line. Low bi weekly payments.

THIS IS A HELL OF A WAY TO DO BUSSINESS!!!!!
The only good thing so far was I got credit. It took 5 days to see the check cleared before you even started. Then they had to send it to process my order, little did I know my order was coming from out of the country. I was told that your warehouses were on the East coast but not in Canada. I was told I could track it but it took from the 23rd of June till the 6th of July. i DROVE IT quicker than that. I was to get notified when it was in Sacramento and set up for delivery. I called to check on it and was hung up on twice. If I would have know I was going to have this much trouble I would have went else ware. I'm 77 years old and never did I HAVE this much trouble to buy anything .I am 127 miles from there and they aren't delivering till god knows when. UPSET ED IN CALIFORNIA.

Unprofessional and misleading after taking funds
After having to complete all the requirements, and even after MDG has taking money out of my account , and being mislead, they tell you that they can not proceed with the order. They take your funds from your account then they tell you they can not fallow through. Very unprofessional

Very professional and helpful.
I personally had a very good experience with MDG and they are very fast to get back to you when needed. Help me through the qualification process and everything happened when said. was approved and my orders were made. I have been very satisfied with my products. My only negative with the whole experience is they definitely need more products to choose from. It's like once you choose something that product is no longer available. That could be fixed easily and then your talking perfection.

For those with less than perfect credit, MDG is a Godsend
I was pretty behind on my bills. Needed to get a second job, so that I didn't end up destroying my credit completely. I was headed down bankruptcy road, if you know what I mean. Instead I financed a computer, to get myself a second job and pay down debt. The payments are very affordable, and I can pay off early without a penalty down the line, what could be wrong with that. The customer service staff are excellent, and get the job done quickly efficiently and courteously. Thanks, MDG!
