Not so sure now
Well i had boughten a computer all was good till i recived my screen broke had to wait to get other wasnt long so thts good but then i said ill buy a bed set and yee so far it has make me double think... my payment got all reset etc so i did more research i pay a member ship and yet pay the same amount as non member ?????? i called to find out why and the girl legit wasnt even talking back to me and said call in a month..... now my new bed wont expand no calls back my payment are reset etc really sad as i did like mdg .. hopefully they can figure this out and would glady do more bussines in future

MDG ROCK!!
I highly recommend MDG. Just make sure that you follow the procedures that they have or it can delay your order. My first order was a bit lengthy to get with all the changes to my down payment but I just cooperated with them and respected their procedures. It is after all their business and they have to be cautious, especially in the New Normal crisis we all are going through. My order was delivered and I was amazed at the packaging and the ease of putting my 3 piece livingroom furniture together. It was awesome!! I just made my second order and it was so smooth... no hiccups and shipped fast. A real good bunch to get things done. Give them a call and an order, just be patient when opening a new account. They have their own way of doing things and it works. Thanks MDG for being so helpful and understanding my lack of knowledge about computers without making me feel bad about that. You ROCK!!

Not Satisfied!
I ordered a 75' Samsung TV, it took a month to receive it. As I'm checking the tracking service it indicated that it was delivered, but to a wrong address. I've called in every 2nd day since discovering the TV was delivered at a wrong address. It took another 2 weeks before I received my TV. Then every week for 3 weeks I'd received another TV. In which I refused all 3 TV's. Then I ordered a Comfort Gel mattress. I received it rolled up. No instructions. I Googled what to do. It said to unroll and let it expand 4 to 6 hours for the gel to expand and another 4 to 6 for the rest. And, not to sleep on it for 24 to 48 hours. After 4 days I called to say it's still not expanded and they told me to send pictures. Still 3 days after sending the pictures, I have no response from them. I called again only to be told they had a problem with their computer system. I will never deal with MDG again!

A Joyful and effortless experience.
Right up for my first contact with MDG until my computer arrived at my door, all my dealings with MDG were excellent. Your knowledgeable sales staff quickly answered questions either on the phone or via email/text message. I would highly recommend MDG to anyone interested in the market for a new computer.

Poor customer and account service
I would not recommend Mdg to my worst enemy, especially if Lisa G is your account representative. On 1 October 2020, I paid what I thought would be my balance in full but when I check the account status my payment has not been posted even though it reflects on my bank account that the payment was made. I called to inquire why my account does not reflect the payment, and all I received was, let me tell you about a payment that you miss. I did not ask you what I would like to know about the first payment I paid. My account does not reflect the payment, but I will accrue finance chargers on a balance that is not correct. I asked Lisa for a supervisor, and I was told she is busy and will give me the exact information I gave you. I will send her an e-mail and call you when she has time.

Great products!!
I just have a few payments left on my first orders. I just bought a big new tv, can't wait to get it in a few days!! I really like this company, it's so easy to get credit with them. I didn't get the 3000.00 credit limit but l was able to get the items l wanted. Payments are easy to do on my limited income and worry free. Scammers
This company is a rip-off they will add their club subscription to your account and tell you that you e-signed a document to purchase the club subscription. The customer service representatives are rude and arrogant.

DONT USE THEM.
DONT USE THEM. Verification department are rude and call people liars. I placed an order and they took out first payment, Wife called and was told I needed to call, then when I did call they said I was my wife on the phone and not me. Totally rude and unprofessional how can anyone say I am not me when unable to see only hear. And on top of that I called with my phone, and then they called my wife on her phone. Two different voices, JUST TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! My account was closed and denied due to this. And I have not yet received the money that was taken out for the bank verification process. I would suggest going to progressive leasing or somewhere else for credit leasing. Less hassle and better results. MDG Sucks.....

Ashely Burgos Sofa & Love seat
Wouldn’t recommend. I ordered Aug 31 finally received our product September 29, 2020. They arrived in two boxes.... couches in boxes (enough said?) once we got the boxes open we had to assemble. They’re exactly what you would expect from couches coming out of boxes, they feel quiet cheap, they’re very small. Not at all what I expected for the amount I am paying. At first I selected a different sofa set and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for that to be delivered so I changed to this set. I really could have waited for the other set HAD I known it would take so long to deliver. I’m not happy this is my first order & I feel like I need to return this cheap, tiny poorly made set. Don’t buy this particular set unless your a first timer moving into a tiny apartment then ok but no families should own these. I’m really quiet disappointed in what I purchased. I thought this would be ideal way of buying furniture

Which Credit Bureaus do MDG report to.
I haven't had the experience with MDG yet but I was wondering which credit bureau do you guys report to specifically. I am thinking about signing up asap.

NO SHIPPING FEE LIE
I was told I would get free shipping on a flat-screen TV that was $1,200 so therefore I then ordered a washing machine only to find that I was charged shipping on both and handling and delivery fee.NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!LIED ON PHONE tO ME

Never Again
Pro active and called to have payment stopped from automatic withdrawal at least 3 times was told no problem and I could send money order or payment other way....was never offered deferral. I have all the docs to show. It cost me $65 NSF each time and they say sorry won't happen agaian and today NSF I owe less than $200 but have incurred at least $260 in NSF. They still want there money they apologized and said sorry all morning but they want there money. Doubt this will even be posted. Check BBB etc before. If I had the money it's gone now bank wants there money and they don't care either so don't use MDG. Each time I called they said no problem and each Time I went in to pay they already tried to take payment out and then I don't have to money to send and just this morning.....I was told sorry by the manager who set the last time up but too bad....oh I don't even live in same province and have not had the products I bought for 2 years at least...nit nice process especially with what's going on.

Decent and satisfied. The complaints by others are ridiculous.
I don't understand the reviews here- you people are picking your specific product then not blaming MDG for not liking it? That's like choosing to buy a red apple and blaming the store for sending a red apple. And the person complaining about no speakers with a computer- you bought a computer, not speakers. If you want accessories than you choose and pay for them. I feel like most of the bad reviews are from people who don't understand their own purchases and that isn't MDG's fault. I bought an Omen laptop and got exactly what I asked for. Funny how that works! Lol. ?? yes, the lapto is a lot more than if I shopped local, but that's how financing works. (Dear persons who are complaining about prices). I don't like financing things and strongly advise against doing so, but there often are situations where we have to make that sacrifice. I won't finance game systems or furniture- save and buy used or look into layaway options. I needed a laptop for work and life and got a well built device in a situation where I'd not have had the opportunity. I wish they delivery guy wasn't dumb enough to leave a box that said "Omen Laptop" on it at my door in an apt building to potentially be stolen. The application processes was a bit bumpy and could use refining. But all in all, I'm 100% happy with my purchase, communication, and experience with MDG. If you buy a red apple, you'll get a red apple!

cheap product
apon further review of my product i would like to return it as it has no cd rom or speaker...the hard drive has been formatted into 3 drives....i could get a comp like this anywhere in the city for half the price

you would think that buying a desktop for almost 1500 that they would have come with speakers...pretty lame....order and delivery were the only bright spot as well as costumer service...

Worse then buying a house.
I am buying a laptop from MDG. The price is good, otherwise I would have cancelled my order days ago. The "verification" process is horrendous. The sheer volume of documents and phone calls needed to verify my address is ridiculous. Now they want more phone numbers besides my own. I have bought and sold homes where the process was easier than this. I am sure the call center is offshore, (India) and trying to explain when I get paid and when to schedule my payment got my blood pressure raised to the point I wanted to just scrap the whole thing. NEVER AGAIN.

You are scamming me
So last year I paid full price for an iPhone and it got stolen so me not being able to afford to purchase another phone, I started using my old phone and desperate to purchase another phone. I came across you guys and settled on a Samsung Note 10+. I was asked to pay 6 bi-weekly payments before they ship my phone. I did that and when I got to my last payment. I got a call from you guys asking me to pick something else because you guys sold out on a samsung note 10+ because of high demand. Firstly I bought that phone off you so why not keep one phone on hold until I clear my last payment? secondly I am not looking to purchase a tv, or a game console or camera or any time of furniture, You guys are straight up fraud, you guys took my money and asking me to pick something else which I don't want. You guys cheated me all this time and I trusted you now I need a REFUND for what I paid. Clearly!

Sad, but true
Response from the company as a whole is lacking. Have asked several times what the total would be to pay off the debt with zero response to this specific debt. Lost my job due to COVID and was met with zero helpful alternatives to defer payment in my time of need. Despite my perfect record with payments prior to this time. Unless you are desperate for poor quality furniture at horrendous interest rates, i would absolutely avoid at all costs.

Very thorough and fair pricing.
Very thorough and fair pricing. There is a lot of paperwork but I found the process very fair and the products reasonably priced. My computer is excellent, very high-quality. The only problem I had with MDG, was my password Wouldn’t work, and it requires a day wait to reset the password. The customer service is excellent.

Quick credit line and delivery
As a first time customer I didn't know what to expect, saw add on Facebook Market and took a shot. Within minutes I was accepted and given a credit limit. Initial purchase required several phone calls (all cordial) to verify account. Sales and Verification Dept.. I was told that these steps are only required on initial purchase, so no big deal. Received item in two days after verification. Will buy again.

Always have good service
Have been a customer for 9 years. Have always had great service and product, tvs, furniture, mattresses. Customizable payment plans have helped me purchase items on a fixed income. Just ordered and will again in the future.

Beware
Contract balance $437 as of June 10th. 4 bi weekly payments of 13.99 paid.. Balance owing today is $424. Paid $13 with 4 payments of 13.99. Talk about interest.. They have told me this is normal. Yup $42 in interest in 2 months

Thank you for the review. Because you're financing, it’s entirely normal to have the interest. Interest is based on your credit assessment and is different for everyone. Additionally, you have your club fee. These are applied as separate charges that don’t always line up with your payment dates, so your interest may cause the balance to increase, but then when your payment comes out and is processed the balance then decreases again. If you wish to cancel your club subscription you’d save $8.95 per month. We've emailed you the payment record and order summary for your opening balance amount. Horrible Service
I placed an order, got the contract, etc. Got confirmation that item shipped, then a call that the item is no longer available, then another confirmation that the item shipped, then an email that the item is no longer available, then yet another email confirming that the item shipped, then another call that the item is no longer available. During all of this I keep getting asked if I want to replace the item with something else. Of course not, if I wanted something else I would order it. I have never been so pissed with MDG. I have always got great service. This time I would seriously think twice about ever ordering anything again.

Poor level of customer service! If the customer always paying back but only one time missing a payment due to banking issue. No need to send a threaten email so customer will feel crappy. If you want someone to pay you back that’s not a good way of doing it! Thank you!

Great service

Haven't received the product.
I paid the first payment to get the process started. Then it came time for the first payment. They took that one out. IThe HDMI cords came. They were an add on. Not a word about the TV. I'll give it 2 more weeks for the TV to show up or I'll have to consider cancelling it and buying from someone else. Not impressed at the moment.

I have been a happy MDG customer for 8 years
My last order delivered to my door within five days. Easy order processing and convenient payment plans. Never an issue
Ive used MDG for many years. couple tvs xbox phone computer. never any issues. one time i got a broken tv (delivery issue) it was replaced the next day. will use them again in the future

As bad as easy home
Changes payment time by almost double and think no one will notice.. 11 items, 4 paid off , last item we bought changed from 44 Bi weekly to 94 Bi weekly, called said they would fix it. Never did bi weekly payments went up to 96 . Called again run around. I have filed with the Better business Bureau . Nice way to treat a customer of 3 yrs

Horrible experience!!
This company sucks! Take money from my account two days before it’s due, refusing to fix the issue. Saying it’s your fault. Laughing. When you do the application, it says it’ll be shipped sooner if you fallow these steps. Did it. Nowhere in my contract did it say I don’t get my couch until it’s paid off. But these people tell me, I chose the payment date. Which I clearly didn’t chose a day I don’t get paid. Flat out calling me a liar and saying it’s my issue. They take money when they feel like it, don’t answer emails. Have ZERO customer service skills. Elliot just laughed the whole time, was being sassy & completely unprofessional. I will never use this company again, nor will any of my friends or family. I wish it was an option to give zero starts this company is so horrible.

ASUS Laptop Came Without Adapter/Charger
I purchased my second laptop from MDG at the end of June. The processing and delivery were all timely and fine....but the laptop itself did not come with a charger! I've made multiple attempts over the past few weeks to reach someone via email so that I may have this incident documented, but I've gotten no response. I would either like the option to return the laptop for a full refund since I cannot even use it, or for a proper adapter to be expedited to me so that I can.

My spouse had to figure out how to put it together. And the website says it has a remote and this didn't have a remote. My spouse says the conditioner came dirty and scuffed.

Awfull delivery
I orderd a matress and a box spring they called me a day before and the delivery guy came on time bring it in but.... my box spring was missing so i called the company and the lady said .. i will make a report and send the guy back should be there in 2 to 3 days so i said fine will prepare for somebody to be there .. but... he came back the next day never called .. my daughter was alone she went down stairs to open the door and the guy just left it there and said ... it s not heavy .. 100 pounds ... she weighs 120 pounds so she had to bring it in by herself ... it s ashame because i bought alot of mdg and never had a probleme and the delivery is making a bad name for them

Nice couch but shipping horrible and they won’t waive the 300 plus shipping fee
They were suppose to call 3-4 days after order placed to schedule shipping. The delivery called me a half hour before getting to my home and was very rude saying well I’m calling you now ain’t I and was mad cause he couldn’t find address in gps. When he got here he said can’t bring it in but will drop off in your driveway. Mdg said because of Covid however my friend ordered sectional during Covid from HOM furniture free shipping into the house and only had to pay like fifty dollars for them to set up sectional. The guy swore the whole time he was unloading the boxes dropping the eff bomb multiple times. I went back inside as he was not friendly and intimidating. He then pounded on my door for signature and I get so scared that I tipped him ten dollars. So anyways fedex and usps aren’t requiring g signatures because of Covid but this company will get your signature but not bring inside. I have photos of the damaged and moldy boxes they came in. Holes tears mangled. One part of sectional is broken but luckily didn’t affect set up and don’t want hassle of returning as it was aweful getting inside and took three hours to set up as their design and whoever built their furniture are not very good. All in all besides my shipping issue the sectional looks great. Now hopefully the company will do the right thing and waive the shipping fee.

Extremely Frusrated
I wrote a positive review but since then I've had one bad experience after another. I ordered a Samsung tv and aside from a very long time waiting for it, no issues. The cellphone I bought has no issues. Then I bought a computer, had a spill so warranty didnt cover, my fault, no problem. But then i got a second computer, was working when i went to bed, and when I awoke there was nothing but a blue screen with an error message and I couldn't get it to function. I called mdg and they told me to call the company that held the warranty. I did and told them the error message I was getting, they responded that they wouldnt honor the warranty because I had to have made a change in the bios. The problem is that I really didnt know what a bios is beyond what the initials stand for and would have no idea how to even find it much less make changes in it. So now I have a tv and a cellphone but am paying for tv, cell and 2 computers. If Mdgs insurers aren't going to honor their contracts, especially for the computer that crashed for no reason apparent to me, then in order to call themselves a responsible company they could have either replaced the computer or cancelled the payments for it. When I called about it nobody showed any empathy at all and there was zero effort on their part to reach an understanding of any kind. Now there's new issues arising. I was laid off due to the Covid pandemic. My other creditors were all very understanding, offering deferrals if needed etc. There came a time when the government clawed back 1000 over a month, again all creditors but mdg made it easy by just resuming regular payments at the end of this month. Not mdg however. First, my correspondence is through email with a woman who understands so little English that sometimes I cant even understand her emails. She certainly cant understand what I'm saying when I respond. All I've been trying to explain to her is that my payments were 90 and change biweekly and that I cant afford more than 100 biweekly now as I'm still laid off. She responded by giving me a payment schedule where the first was the normal amount, the next a higher amount, and the one following that a higher amount yet. I explained again that most I could afford is 100 biweekly and that it was impossible to even budget for constantly changing amounts. I have been trying to get her to even understand what I'm saying for 2 weeks now without any success. It's not that she's been rude, she has not been, she doesn't have any command of the English language at all making it impossible to come to an understanding. To sum up, if you like nothing but problems, mdg is fine

Very pleased
I am the type of person when ever I purchase something I check the product reviews and the vendor. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical about MDG and the financing. When I was able to talk to a rep. I felt comfortable and my mind was at ease. I couldn't believe I was getting approved as my credit was not the best. Once the verification was complete my TV was shipped. I am very happy with my TV and MDG. I REALLY RECOMMEND MDG AND THEIR PRODUCTS ..10 STARS .

Completely soured on MDG.
I ordered a TV from MDG recently but thanks to their terrible choice in couriers, I was forced to cancel and return it. Here are the main points: The courier in question is Day & Ross / Sameday. -Nearly zero communication from the courier while trying to schedule delivery. I called them AT LEAST 25 times (seriously) trying to arrange it. -Left a voicemail for the courier, letting them know that delivery between 9am and 1pm was good (their original suggestion). They did not show up, lost a days pay for nothing. -Courier REFUSED TWICE to deliver after 1pm. Their reasoning 'our truck is not in your area after 1pm'. Umm, you're a delivery company and you only have a single truck? -I do not own / have access to a truck to pick it up myself and it wouldn't fit in my car. This is why it was being delivered, right? -After the second time they refused to deliver, I called MDG to cancel, what else am I supposed to do? Take another day off and risk them not showing up again? -MDG told me that the value of the TV would NOT be restored to my available credit. And I won't be able to order anything for 3 months. Which, quite frankly, is fine by me after this as I have no plans of dealing with MDG again.

Terrible!!
If I could gibe the company review zero stars, then I would. How do you take a payment from someone then to tell them you need another pay stub to determine if you're approved for the product. I've been emailing to cancel my order and get a refund but have yet to get a response. Do not sign up for this. Feels more like a scam to me. Just give me my down payment back and cancel my order and account.

So sad
I wish I could write an awesome review. My delivery was scheduled for 11:00 am today. at 12:30 delivery company calls to tell me that my order was damaged and will not be shipped. Told me to call MDG to report the issue. I called. Was told it will be looked into and get right back to me. As of now, no response to emails or a return call. Delivery company reported to MDG that I refused shipment. I did not refuse shipment, it never arrived. I called delivery company back to find out why they reported I refused shipment, I was told that it was because the shipment was damaged and I would refuse it anyway. I have made three payments total and still no furniture :(

14 days still haven't received order
My order shipped out the 23rd of June. It is now the 7th of July and I still have not received my order. It was due on the 30th of June, which it is now 14 days over. I called MDG twice they said they are trying to get ahold of freight shipping. My tracking information hasn't updated since the 23rd. It last shows my order being on hand at TYS at 19:19 on the 23rd of June. I am very very frustrated, because this is a $1,600 order. I would like some answers.

This company reports what ever you finance from them as a credit card, so basically if you have 1,900 approved, and you purchase something that cost 1,900 it’s going to report to the credit bureau as you having a 1,900 credit line, and you owe 1,900 so your using 100% credit utilization which would drop your credit score 34 to points or more like it done mine..... I been working with my credit if I knew that they report like this I wouldn’t have ever used this company to purchase anything..... than when I called for information on everything, the representative I talked to from the finance department was clueless to how the company does things, and she showed me she really doesn’t care about me as the customer.... this is the first and last time i’ll ever use this company.... if you don’t want to have a major credit score drop I’ll think twice about going with this company.

Buyers Beware
Couple of months ago I purchased a laptop from these guys. The short and thick of it is you better make damn sure you know what you need because by the time you get your product, you only have about two weeks to figure out any problems and send it back. They refuse to allow you to exchange the product even when you're trying to upgrade.

Worst Delivery Company used
I ordered a very Expensive tv that was shipped out oh the 11th if June was supposed to be here in 5 days we'll it took longer scheduled a delivery for yesterday between 2 and 6 Pm the company confirmed the delivery very robo call the day before needless to say they never showed up, never called never rescheduled, Everytime you try to call the delivery company CEVA LOGISTICS THE CALL GETS DROPPED, UPON REVIEWING COMPANY HAS THE WORST REVIEWS AND THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THEM..WHY THEY ARE USING THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND ME...I TOOK A DAY OFF OF WORK WAITING FOR THEM NEVER TO SHOW UP NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHENS IT COMING.. CALLED MDG TWICE TO TRY TO GET SOME UPDATE BUT WAS BLOWN OFF, WAS TOLD TWICE THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH INFO BUT THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED.. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MDG AGAIN

so easy, its almost scary. I ordered a drone from them and honestly if it wasn't for MDG and the payment plan I would never own a drone. I am planning on buying a TV next and hopefully they get more stuff, I really like the option of the payment plan.

Overall satisfied
Overall i am happy with the service. Was easy to complete. The only thing is the delivery of my computer. UPS tacking told me when it was in transit, then gave me a delivery date, but it didn't arrive. And now when I check the UPS tracking, it says it's in transit again.

TV arrived Broken
MDG themselves were pretty good to work with. The problem is that the TV arrived with a giant crack down the screen. I don’t know if it came from them or the shipping company that way. They agreed to ship it back and send me a new one, but I haven’t received it as of yet and they cannot expedite the shipment. Such is life.

Always good.
All the electronics i have received from them have been high quality except for one phone but i have purchased many from them. ( i did not do the research that was on me) The furniture is medium quality and does no hold up to heavy use well . It will get you threw a time period however. There customer support and finance team is great and have always been good to me and treated me with respect.

Working with MDG
Working with this company is kind of a nightmare for the past four days I’ve been waiting for bank account clearance. It has already cleared my bank but the order has not even been sent over to the warehouse.They want your money but not your business. Beware!

Good but the initial application is a pain
The initial application takes forever, after your first order everything goes smoothly though. They also sent me the wrong game and were unable to rectify the issue. Other than these issues it's a good service for people who would rather do payments than a big lump sum.

Really?
I got approved for financing and was fine with the terms. I made first payment, and all was good. Second payment hit a glitch because of a bank error and now my order is cancelled and I cannot reapply for a period of 3 months. Spent the whole week from minutes after I noticed bank error to the day they finally answered trying to get the payment through to them. Their answer? Sorry, try again in 3 months. Absolutley terrible experience in my opinion. Poor customer service and response times. Makes it seem as though my money is no good..

Excellent company
This company is ready to work with and very thorough. Granted the paperwork gathering was a bit time consuming bit it paid off in the end. I was so impressed with the first purchase, I immediately followed up with a second purchase for a new tv. No problems here and they are so much cheaper than rent to own centers.

Dont order
I was approved for credit and placed an order back in April and since then I have dealt with 4 different people sent them the information they required and still have got no where except to be asked for more and more information. I have asked to either approve the order or not, I have sent in three months worth of bank statements and thats still not enough why approve people if your just going to put them thru the ringer

I believe this is my second review for MDG
I've been a customer of MDG for years, and I imagine I will be for years to come. The first order did take some time processing as I had to send some documents and such, but since then orders are usually processed the same day and shipped the next. The biggest perk for me is being able to pay off an order at anytime without penalty fees. So when I have the extra, I pay off one order and usually start another one. 5 stars from me..

Excellent!!!
I enjoyed using MDG credit to get a big TV, so far so good, they also asked for a down payment but after a while I am paying my credit increase and when you order for the next item, processing is smooth and no hassle. I love it and I already recommended MDG to my family and they love it too. I f your credit is bad MDG will still give you a chance to credit an Item but once you paying good It should no problem.

all in all good
like them but they came with this faster processing fee and well i chose it and still same amount of time if not longer :( being an existing customer should have been no problem :( i get it but out the faster fee , none of my info changed which should make it easier to do. all in all i am happy with them just this issue of the fee really got me :(
