Worst customer service ever
I spent thousands with this company just to be given the cold shoulder when I wanted to place a new order. I was a customer since 2019 but will never shop with MDG again. I'm glad to be done with them permanently.

Extremely high shipping cost
I was very unsatisfied with how much MDG charges for shipping $175. For larger items each plus for fast shipping $49. Which wasn't fast and another $49 for door step which the shipper refused to do im disabled due to back problems and it took me 2 days to find someone to help me bring its to my door and the smaller items like a Google nest mini $75. More than the cost of the item I bought 2 Google nest minis and was charged $150 I think that is insane to pay that. The way I think they owe me $49 for fast shipping and another $49 for doorstep delivery. We will see so far I've only received my bed in a box and a Google mini waiting on the hybrid box spring other mini and Samsung wifi extender we will see I'll do an updated review when I get everything.

Large and heavy items can’t be shipped by standard means, so we schedule them to be delivered. Scheduled delivery costs $49.00 for TVs, Large Furniture, Mattresses, and Appliances. Best experience ever!
I purchased a nice laptop for my daughter for college and another for my wife for school and I could not have had a better experience with MDG. Excellent products and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Easy clear terms and very reasonable payments. Can't say enough great things about this company, thank you MDG.

MDG is the bomb. Got exactly what I wanted with decent monthly payments. Fast, friendly and awesome customer service. Totally Awesome!! I would highly recommended.

So far nothing but good things to say. As with any lease to own service the first time is long process but everyone was friendly they took time explain how it works payment was set up to my dates and the customer reps where on point. Alit reviews complain about issues but if they read everything over it is black and white. The interest is far based on most leasing services. Look forward to seeing how things go.

2nd Order was fast but High interest rates
1st Order was bit time consuming but understandably. interest rates are a bit high, again understandably. 2nd order was extremely fast and easy to do. Order was placed and shipped via priority processing. Placed the order on Thursday and the order should be here by Tuesday. Happy with the speed, if interest rates were better, this would be 5 stars

MDG allows you to increase your payment, make additional payments or pay in full at any time and save on interest. The faster your balance decreases, the less interest you pay. Red Carpet Pull Hook—Line—SINK!
You get approved for a certain amount based on your credit score. Then after spending a substantial amount of time providing all of your supporting documentation & jumping through the hidden hoops, just to end with a denial based on that same credit score. Then you try to understand their contradictive process by speaking to your sales rep, however, there’s such a language barrier with every person in every department I was transferred to I can’t get any answers. Doesn’t make any sense! Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Let the buyer beware!
Bought a laptop through MDG, was making payments, or at least i thought I was, set up for them to auto-draft the payments from my bank so that I didn't really have to keep track. Well turns out I should have, get a phone call in May asking me if it's ok for them to start taking payments again. Now I wondered rather loudly when they stopped taking out payments and why, to which I got oh it's a system error and we haven't received a payment since January. So I ask what's left and just pay the whole thing off, since they obviously can't seem to manage that part of the transaction. Now I've paid it off, can show a $0 balance left owed on my account but they are falsely reporting to the credit bureaus that I still owe $349. I have all the documents, screenshots and bank statements to prove everything stated here. To include where I disputed the amount owed with Experian and on 6/2 they replied saying that I still owe them money...... Find any other reputable company to do business with, just don't do it with MDG.

very sad
it is sad that a long time customer is treaded like a new one, you have all my banking info, you are already taking payments out, and still make me to verify it. When I ask why , I'm told because that the way it is, never had to before because I'm a preferred customer, so why is it that way now.

Delivery is the worst I have ever dealt with!!!!
I ordered a TV and gaming console over 2 weeks ago to help try and rebuild my credit. They were very prompt take take my money but not so much with delivery. The company they use updated my delivery as out for delivery so I took the afternoon off work to make sure I was there to receive my shipment. The delivery company then called me to schedule it after I had already taken off work for the next day. So the next day I'm taking the day off work to again make sure someone is here to receive the delivery and the delivery company calls and says we do not have the TV yet and it will be next week before we can deliver it. My tracking shows it was delivered to them 2 days ago and now I'm probably going to have to take at least another half day off work and I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm really thinking about canceling my account and just buying it from Best Buy which is what I should have done in the first place. I will never do business with them again.

Once I would have rated five stars, but all it takes is one time to lose a customer.
I was looking for a new refrigerator on the website with MDG. I found a 25.2 cubic ft French door refrigerator at a great price and decided to order it. Following the verifications and payment, I received notice that everything processed and the it was shipping. Then out of nowhere I receive a call stating that BestBuy won’t deliver in my area (called Best Buy and that’s untrue), and never had any issues with the previous order through MDG before. So I was then instructed that I may look at a smaller option of refrigerator from the MDG selection. I refused and stated I wanted the refrigerator I ordered or a refund. I was then instructed that the order will be canceled and I won’t be able to use my account for three months. How the hell do you punish the customer for your screw up on an item you clearly advertised and were happy to take my payment from. I have yet to receive a call confirming my refund for that item and it definitely has been sent back to my bank account. I was once a happy customer that would recommend this company to any friend or family member but this is not the case anymore. Your poor handling of this situation, poor customer service, have resulted in a customer that will never purchase from you again.

livraison décevante
cela fait deux jours que UPS me mentionne qu'il vont livré et cela fait deux jours qu'il me dise qu'il y a eu erreur d'adresse malgré les correctif de ma femme. Au départ c'est mdg qui devrais s'assuré que c'est la bonne adresse et apres UPS n'est pas mieux avec la même erreur deux fois franchement très décevant

Discrimination and intimidation
MDG in the past 15 minutes at MDG my son was discriminated against AFTER he was approved and money had been REMOVED, for payment they Then found out that his source of income was ODSP when they called to review some information. After receiving that call , he then received another stating that he was NO LONGER qualified for the purchase...of course myself having 20 years experience in the customer service field I got on the phone and " Ethan" did not like that and THEN attempted to intimidate me!!! ...I'm going FULL legal,discrimination based on disability is a human rights violation.
