Furniture I received labeled luxury is far from it!
I called msg after receiving my furniture and told them I have a concern. I dont think I received the Luxury version of my furniture in which I paid extra for. Asked to talk to a manager which of course, none were available. Called back and they told me I did receive correct order. I told them this is not Luxury furniture, it's hard as a rock! Then they told me they would have a mgr call me within the hour and now it is a day later still no call. I then emailed them and ask for a call. Still no call. This furniture which cost me over 1500 is a piece of crap. Far from luxury and comfortable. Reviews on this furnitue were stating how soft and comfortable. I am convinced that they wrote their own reviews. No way ANYONE could ever say this is comfortable! Its awful. I wish they would let me at least, exchange it for something else but I cant get a manager to even call me back! I purchased the Crawford 3 piece "Luxury" set. Do not buy this. You may as well sit on a hard floor!

Best decision I ever made!
This is my second time purchasing thru MDG. Both of my orders has been hassle free. My first order I did receive a broken TV but called same day and spoke with customer service and they fixed the issue right away and sent a replacement right away. The shipping was fast on all my merchandise which I had purchased 4 different items a sofa, laptop, TV and a playstation 4. I don't have any regret purchasing thru MDG. I am actually very thankful for MDG. I hit hard times the last few years and my credit went down hill and MDG approved me. I had an empty living room for many months and rent to own places are high monthly payments, at MDG I was able to get all 4 items for the same price monthly as just a sofa at a rent to own place. Thank you so much everyone at MDG for helping me.

Alek Sundek from Sales Dept. Is very efficient and easy to work with
I submitted my order online, within a few minutes, I receive a call from Alek Sundek. He was very easy to work with, explained the entire process, and walked me through each step. He even got me a better deal on the extended service plan, which covers the item for 3 years instead of 2. The only person that I have had any interaction with from MDG is Alek, he was great, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make his customers smile!!!

I'm always going to come back??
I seen this company called MDG.... So I decided to read some of the reviews before I ordered. Some of these reviews were really nightmares and really scared me because I thought that I had been scammed...well guess what MDG is real is not a scam I love their customer service they were very professional put in an order on the 2nd of the month receive my order on the 14th I am a very happy and proud customer keep up the good work MDG !!! And I promise I will be coming back!

Why I’m satisfied

Hi, this is the third time I have ordered from MDG. This is the only good delivery I’ve had from MDG except they had NO tracking info on one of the three packages and someone had to be home to sign for it. Lucky I happened to be home or who know it probably would have been returned and lost like the other 2 times I ordered from them. I use them because it’s convenient for me to make a payment instead of paying for items all at once. The worst time was just a few months again and it was a King size Matress and it sat 1 hour from me at MDGs delivery place and no one called me or emailed they did nothing and said they couldn’t get ahold of me! No one tried for a fact so I had nothing to sleep on because I had gotten prepared and took old one out. We finally called after a month and didn’t hear anything and another payment made and it was sitting in their building cause their workers didn’t know how to call and set up delivery time I guess. My very first order took a month or more also. I’ve read through some reviews and the bad ones almost everyone got credited or discounted in some way and they offered me nothing not even a sorry.

Over pay for recalled tv
I ordered at tv that has had more recalls the any other 65 inch hisense wont turn off turn on volume wont work must unplug just to use.called and was told too bad basically. Called hisense and was told return it. It's a defective product. So I have a junk tv I'm still paying for and hisense won't take it because I didn't buy directly from them. MDG says no returns. So what I'm going to SUE. IM Done

Defaulted television's
Poor delivery poor customer service this company sent me defaulted Canadian branch television's i live in United States. Gave me hassle when asked for replacements or cancellation it's been over an year and still no placement or cancellation, i will never purchase from this company ever again warning!! enter at your own risk alot of fraud activities bad business

Great and convenient company.
This is my 3rd purchase with this company in 2 years. They are very convenient for me as we can set up automatic payments and simply not have to worry bout it after that as they take the money the same time every month when its convenient for you. The ordering process became increasingly easier after the 1st time as they simply go buy your original documents and other then ordering the products there is no need for any further contact.they do all the work for you and all you have to do is enjoy your product.

Finally got the order after the holiday paid the expedite service is not really speed up to get on time..ship different boxes and blaming on the UPS and Ups blaming on MDG. MEANWHILE THE PKG STILL AT THE WAREHOUSE.OFFERED 30.00 DISCOUNT BUT I DONT SEE IT PLUS MY KIDS CHRISTMAS was ruin cause didn't get the gift on time. But I can say they're on top of taking the payment out of your account..... Next time pick up the phone and really listen to your customers and dnt brush it off cause you guys busy with calls then HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THE SUPERVISOR I SPOKE NOT BE NAMING NAME IS USELESS HE DOSENT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER AT ALL!! GOT ATTITUDE AND NO COMPASSION AT ALL... THEY ALL CAUGHT UP ON THE HOLIDAY AND ONLY THINKING OF THEMSELVES AND NOT about the customer and the end of the day they glad they made a sale and so use to customer complaint and they seem to mute us out... Never had a worst experience...

The stuff you want and you need
MDG, is a company that helps individuals get merchandise that they want but can't afford to pay full price and checkout. MDG has the merchandise I wanted and I got, the only downfall is that they need more electronics and accessories for computers and more household items.

Still waiting on my order
Placed my order early December and still waiting...even with the holidays I should have received a call with a delivery date by now. Before Christmas it said 3-5 business days and aside from Christmas and Boxing Day it’s been 7 business days now and still nothing. So much for being a long term customer and it being an easier process!!

Shipping/customer service
They can't guarantee the shipping. Paid expedite for the order to be in time for the holiday but got 1 item and another item was left behind..They said it's was ship all along still in the warehouse why they didn't call the driver back or why wasn't ship in 1 big box so this incident won't happen to anyone someone didn't get his Christmas gift on time cause of this but ppl dnt care..what a great customer service no one bother email back or call I have to keep calling the office. I even called UPS....

Super frustrated
I wrote a 5 star review previously, we received our stuff dec 3rd on dec 25 my PS4 console had a common problem which some people get, the APU blew which means no video console won’t boot up, No normally the average person wouldn’t be able to troubleshoot like I have I followed PlayStation‘s guide down to a cue and luckily I had another PlayStationTo my disposal like their troubleshooting guide suggested to switch hard drives after just figuring out today the 27th that is in fact not a software issue that it’s the hardware on a under month old Consol is very concerningI spoke him a PlayStation they are sending their box for me to send it in I have also spoken with you guys to have sent me my invoice and have stated that it has to go through the manufactures warranty from seen reviews this is a common occurrence with you guys and electronics all of a sudden stopping working I’m very well distressed that it stopped working on Christmas when I went to go install a game after coming back from my family gathering and I think this is nonsense And I’ve already had to have a $40 credit applied for us making 2 to 3 payments and not receiving our products when we were verified for one down payment

Run a Round and Lies
This has to be the worst two companies in America. And today I find out that MdG is actually in Canada. They use A company Called Ceva who apparently looses 82 inch Televisions in there facility in Dallas Texas. Mine was there on 12/13/19 then just Vanished. This despite people at Ceva stating they have great security. Obviously not if an 82 inch TV can vanish.. Now MDG states they have to get an e mail to Verify this lost but no one at Ceva will do a simple thing. And I’m still being charged for something I do not even have in my home. I get We understand and all nicely responses but not any action.

I love Mdg
I have been a customer since 2014 and have had great experiences with MDG each time I have ordered anything. From Laptops to PS4's and TV's. We have ordered the Switch and stand mixer this year haven't received it yet but I was late ordering them. I even had one computer I ordered break on us very close to when the warranty was up and they shipped out another one with no problems. Love MDG it would be 5 star if they just had more to offer you can only buy so many TV's and computers.

SCAMMERS
I've started the ordering process November. All I've received is a table. Yet have been making payments for a month. All I've been given is lies and stories from MDG. They told me my couch would be delivered today December 23 /2019 was given the time it would arrive between. Only to find out when I called to find out where it was that it wasn't coming "because they were missing something being signed. Yet the person calling two days before said nothing about it. When I called I was given the run around and lies from their customer Reps. Ranging from we were calling you and emailing you. I have no record of that but that one Rep calling to confirm delivery. When I would call MDG the reps would answer take my client info...put me on hold than conveniently the line would go dead. No I was told I have to wait 2-4 more weeks for a couch I've already been paying for a month. Very FISHY! IF I don't have a confirmation of a delivery date after Christmas I will for sure be calling 1-800-889-9768 its Ontario Scam info for business. I would say to other potential customers be very careful ordering from this "business"

I just received a surround sound from MDG and it worked for 2 days and quit working. I'm so upset and frustrated because it's a long process to get it exchanged when I shouldn't send this one back until I get a new one. I was calling back and forth when it should of been a simple process. I have purchased many things with MDG and this is the worst customer service that I have received.

You are crooks! You trick low income people on disability, think that we get approved. What you don't tell us that if we dont pay off quickly (because we cant affored to) you make money of us by charging outrageous interest charges. I've paid over $2000.00 dollars just in finance charges. I've paid over $2000.00 dollars more than the cost of the product and I still have to pay another $1300.00 before they stop taking money out of my bank. It's robbery and should be illegal! Also, you say it would help my credit score but it's not. I've never missed a payment and my credit score hasn't changed. I'll make sure nobody I know or dont know, doesn't fall into your trap, and scam.

Interest rate is based on your credit assessment and is different for everyone. Additionally, MDG carries and open term loan and you can make extra payments without penalties. The faster the balance decreases the less interest you pay and more money you will save. All payments are reported to a national credit bureau if you provided your SIN number. Go To some place That Cares
They are all great until it is time to get your Merchandise. Then they really seem to not care at all. I am still waiting for my 82 inch TV that got Stolen from their HUB in Dallas Texas. No word on how this is Possible. But it is Gone and No one From MDG or CEVA aka Dustin Manager in Denver can answer as to Why and when they will finally ship another way that may or may not actually get to my home some day.

Nothing but positivity with MDG
I had very poor credit and even a lien on my bank account, but MDG gave me a chance, and I am very grateful for that! I have ordered several things since January 2017 and have never missed a payment, and have never had any problems with MDG. It helps that they set up monthly payments with my bank so I don't have to worry about missing a payment, and they set it up based on when it works best for me to make my payments. I plan to continue purchasing from MDG, which is much better than Amazon because you know that what you get from MDG is top quality. They also ship everything very quickly, which I love because I just can't wait till I get my stuff! MDG has become my favorite place to shop!

They use the cheapest possible shipping
Ordered a laptop on 12/11/19 it took them until 8/17/19 to even ship it. Now its stuck in New York until after Christmas when i called UPS about it (it was suppose to be delivered 12/23/19) they said my order was pushed back because of the shipping type is was last priority. Not very happy at this point I will have had to make my second payment on it and I don't even have it yet. I will say the staff at MDG were all very helpful and nice but they need to work on the shipping maybe pay a few bucks more for faster delivery or at least give people more delivery options.

Just Don’t
I ordered a 82 inch Tv Samsung from MDG. It was to be shipped and delivered on 12/17/19. Today is 12/19 and the TV is sitting in a warehouse in Dallas since Friday 12/13/19. When I contacted CEVA. No one can say we’re the TV is located.. This despite the fact on Wednesday of this Week they said oh it’s in Denver and will be delivered in Thursday. Every one at MDG states we are looking into the issue. .This does not help me with a rather large Christmas Present that will now not be delivered to me and my family as promised. It’s hard to believe how you can loose track of a 82 inch TV. No one has any answers only more run around and sorry excuses. This is after jumping through all of MDG needs just to order from them. They need to use a carrier that actually cares about their customers.

I dont think I will ever use mdg again I ordered the switch bundle with the 65inch curved tv I got promised it would be in before Christmas since that's all my son asked for is the switch and I waited a week and then I called they told me the switch was sold out and that friday I called they said they have 200 instock that it will be shipped out monday and still nothing i called again i get lied to again they had non talked to the manager and he said there were more mine would be shipped out and would get it before Christmas so I got a call for the delivery of my tv and switch it wouldnt be till January 6th I got so made and I told them to cancel my hole order this realy pissed me off.

MDG IS A SCAM
Nobody called to help me to get my sofa repaired as mentioned on the previous comment! Hence, i decided to call your hotline tonight (dec 18, 2019 @720pm) to get an update. I was again told that I need to find someone who can fix it and that you will give me a $200 credit. Your phone agent said that you found the 'LOOSE END' on the new sofa is due to improper or misuse of the furniture? You are unbelievable! The product is still warranty and your warranty is for me to find someone to repair it? I asked my bank to cancel the pre-authorised debit from MDG and i want a REFUND to be processed right away!!!! YOU CAN TAKE YOUR LAME FURNITURE BACK!!!!

Shipping problems
I have ordered a bundle with the Nintendo Switch,TV, and sound bar and they have shipped all of them except the one item that I need for Christmas and that is the Switch. I have repeatedly called about this item showing a tracking number but it has not be sent to UPS to ship. They can't seem to find out why it has not shipped and I am tired of calling and I have to have this gift in a week. Poor shipping methods.

Helpful yet slow
I ordered a gaming notebook a week ago from Mdg. They have been very helpful and easy to reach with questions...only downside is how long it all takes after I spent 2 days just waiting for them to approve my loan now it’s been almost a week since my first payment and my laptop hasn’t even shipped! Would love to give at least 4 stars but they need to speed up the approval and shipping process.

**POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**
You need to train your phone agents how to champion the customer. In plurality, the tone and way of communication is awful! Put a team together that would be a more suiting 'FACE' of the company! Ordered some furniture and appliance recently and had an issue with the sofa set - called MDG to arrange someone to pick it up for repair but instead they suggested to look for someone that can fix it for me and a hundred dollar credit will be given. Are you out of your mind? Your products should have a top of the line quality since your price is ridiculously expensive! I expect you to cover and arrange the repair or replacement but your agents are telling me to DO IT MYSELF! If I am not going to get any help, I will blog about my experience across all social media platforms and I will never recommend MDG to any of my friends and colleagues because of this! I need someone from your company to help me get my 2 month old furniture repaired!!!!

Terrible customer service and shipping!!!!!!

3rd time is not a charm. Always have issues with actually receiving items I order, but they have no problems taking my money. Attempts to contact support are ignored.

Pretty decent but...
Have had mdg.com for quite awhile now. Awesome service. But recently I tried to get a Nintendo Switch bundle from them. I did not have enough credit with them at the time. I got a call later from one of later that said they would approve my purchase and because I was a good standing customer I was going to get two free HDMI cords + a free 3 year warranty. I called them before it shipped to make sure it was not going to be more than the bundle price. Sure enough I got charged for the HDMI cords + the 3 year warranty. Only reason why I did not cancel the order was because I wanted to get the bundle and they approved me for that. Would have been a 5 star review otherwise.

Easy to be approved but shipping needs to be improved
I ordered an Xbox one with an extra controller and TV have not got the TV yet and that's fine that's tomorrow. However the extra controller was shipped in its retail box. This would not have been an issue bu it is a gift and is covered in mud.

So I placed an order and was told I had to make the first payment of $38.85 before my order would ship. No problem there. Then I enter all my bank info and go through the verification process. However, after I was verified I was told I now had to pay a larger down payment 5 times more than the original amount!! It didnt give any explanation as to why I had to pay more. So now I have to make 5 payments of 38.85 and then deal with the horrendous shipping process I'm hearing MDG has!! Might get my order by this time next year!!!

This can be requested for various reasons, such as something in the supporting documents or if there missing information from the account that flags the file. Discrimination if you gay or don’t sound like the way they want u to sound
My father was approved paid the first two weeks & had been talking to them almost everyday. So when it came down to verified he talk to a man who told him that he didn’t sound like himself and that he was talking to me his daughter my father was like no this me and I had a hole in my throat from a when I had a stroke and had to learn how to talk again. So I call them and they tells me that it was me they talk to I explain to them it wasn’t me and I could call my father on the phone with me she said no u sound like the same person on the recording. So I say so if you are gay and you don’t sound like a man than you will not approve that person because you feel that they don’t sound like you all feel they should sound. The customer service agency tell me that’s you & there is nothing we can do about it. So I ask for a manager or the corporate office number and she gives me a wrong number and tell me they refunding the money & closing the account & putting fraud on him. I was like unbelievable so now you all know how people should sound and if there are a male they better have a deep voice and if there are a female you better sound like a female no gays or you better not sound different from what they feel u should sound like. Now I have hear of people who really do fraud but just cause a person doesn’t sound as you feel they should sound is crazy & really by law I could have just say I have power attorney papers so I can speak for my father. But my father was so upset and so was I don’t want to deal with a company that has that kind of discrimination I guess it is really because we are black and they didn’t want to give it to no black gay sounding man.

Excellent customer service and quick
I'm very happy with MDG. Their products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Only issue I have is delivery and I know it's on UPS side not MDG, they do not deliver on the date they say it will arrive.

customer service not helpful.
my opinion is I keep getting the runaround regarding a product I received that is unacceptable. Mattress is drooping in the middle and I just got it on August 14, 2019. I have asked for a credit of $450.00 which is more than acceptable as I am financing the damn thing!. I have now had to use my older mattress which I fortunately kept in the spare bedroom. I have been a client since 2011 and not quite sure why this has been such a difficult issue to resolve. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

First time customer
Haven't received my items yet but the processing/shipping time seems to be pretty lengthy. I was approved for 2500 but I had decent credit. My personal assistant Peter ext 716 is really nice, super friendly, but the process is tedious. Hoping that my products are worth all this hassle and can't wait until they come in! I was verified this last weekend and payment was processed but with it being a holiday week my order just went to the warehouse today.

Fantastic service and a great price I can see no downside
I'm absolutely astonished at the price to finance threw mdg , I have a really bad credit and they still approved me, there customer service is excellent helping me get the best product for me ,They where there for me when ups lost the package and had the replacement shipped in a few days , all and all they are a fantastic choice to buy something if you dont have the money, I'm paying less than 10% more than sticker for my gaming laptop and will have it paid off in just over a year , compared to other companies that would charge triple or more over the course of 3 years , I cannot highly recommend mdg enough

Love the service
Thruoughly live the service my family has been getting. I have dealt with mdg back when it was buck a day and I had my first computer in early 2000s. Since then we have had two laptops a desktop, tv and two game systems. The customer service is so quick and firms so easy to fill out on line. And the delivery is amazingly fast. It is always early in the day of arrival so I don't have to wait around. The only time they could deliver was my big tv and it was on a semi truck and I live on a no truck route. So had to go only a few minutes away to pick up lol. Will definitely keep using MDG.

Very happy with our personal assistant nick v ext 896
Very happy with the service me and my girlfriend are receiving from nick v ext 896 hes guided us to every detail we've wanted to know to follow through with ordering a ps4 bundle and 50inch 4k uhd tv, the tv was brought down from 899 to the price matched 599 for being a member and in turn that brought down the bi-weekly payments, with that being said since he helped out save money we added on a wall mount and smart-wifi-surge protector, I've followed this company and there reviews for about 3+ years and haven't really ever been sketched out by anything, it states it your order summary once first payment is made this is not a lease agreement you own the product so adding on the 2 year protection plan for the tv for 99$ was a no brainer since in turn this will be our product were caring for, first payment is made nov 18th and after that I paid the 49$ for express delivery here's to hoping payments are taking out on time regularly and good continued business practices happen.. thanks guys

disapointed
really disappointed customer service I made three orders with MDG, first 2 orders everything went well... but this order... My computer doesn't work! I called MDG for an exchange or help, they simply told me to call HP for service! I 'm sorry but if I just purchase something in a store and between 5 days nothing works, the store just exchange it, but not MDG! Now I'm paying for computer and doesn't it anymore as it was shipped to HP for repair! a brand new computer! I don't use it as it was never working!

Slow shipping. Feeling of being lied to.
My first two orders went ok, shipping was reasonable. The first order I spent a bit of time on the phone in order to get what I wanted. This time around, it has been 9 days since my order was marked ready for pick up by UPS, and it still has not left their warehouse. I called about 4-5 days in, and was told a part was missing and it would ship the following Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and my product has not changed in status. I am completely disappointed. Shipping products should not take this long these days. I am about ready to cancel my order and get what I wanted from Amazon. I doubt I will ever order from here again.

This is got to be the worst company
well I tried multiple times to open up a profile with these guys but they keep saying that my email is already in use that even a brand new email made specifically for opening a profile with them and they still tell me that my email is in use. I guess they won't be getting my money

Do not order from these people their shipping absolutely sucks they keep your stuff you order for days then they call and lie to you when they are going to deliver your items Mdg itself is not bad but they do need to find different shippers because I have a problem with the way they ship things I canceled my order and will not order anything else from them

Delivery taking forever.
I ordered an Asus 17' laptop. Finished making my down payment. Now I'm waiting for this item. Talked to customer service agent Enis Memovic (sounds Serbian) about 3 times for identity verification. Looked at my account and it says no orders and no way to track it. Whats going on!!! I'm giving them 7 days to begin delivery or return my deposit.

STAY AWAY FROM MDG, THEY USED TO PROVIDE DECENT PC'S, NOW THEY ONLY HAVE LOW BUDGET GARBAGE.
Poor quality products and poor support. Did not even send me everything I ordered, refuse to let me return for a refund and get out of this terrible mistake that I made thinking that MDG was actually reputable company. My last order from MDG of an Asus laptop, was the best purchase I've ever made. The PC was actually made with metals in it and was lightening fast even after loading it up with apps. This plastic Asus Vivobook 17 feels like a child's toy and even with very few apps on it it is the slowest computer I've ever owned. I also never received the Corel suite of software I ordered. I will never recommend MDG to anyone ever again, and will fight to have this agreement canceled based on a damn photo which I assumed being an Asus would be of the similar high quality as my previous MDG purchased Asus laptop. Do as I should have done and save your money, goto an actual computer store where you can see, use, hold and fall in love with a device. Because at MDG, you get what you weren't actually expecting. You will receive trash and be stuck with this trash smelling up your life every time you look at the slow plastic paperweight.

All well and good
The products are great don’t get me weong, but when your life suddenly takes a turn financially more than just once every 3 months, they would still rather you keep paying them even if it means no food or not enough for bills to be paid. You need some kind of relief program seriously. I don’t want to screw my credit but I’d like money to live on.

You pay more over time but the quality is good
I'm honestly impressed with the quality of the goods you get from MDG. There have been a few hiccups along the way but nothing too major. You pay more for the product but it's a decent way to get things that you otherwise couldn't afford to buy straight out.

Need a computer for work within the next few weeks. Called MDG to see if there is anyway I can make arrangements to pay the full down-payment all at once, and was denied. I can understand needing a down-payment for security reasons however it makes absolutely no sense why it needs to be spread out within 2 months. The agent I spoke with seemed to not know anything about the payment plans, as he gave me completely opposite information than what was on the website..Not to mention I had to be transferred about 5 times just to make it to the right department (which, by the way, was the same department I had initially selected in the queue) Now that I know I have to wait over 2 months in order to even have my product SHIPPED (therefore will not meet the deadline for my requirement) I am switching companies and pay less, for a better product. I wanted to avoid going through the other company as I need someone else to put it in their name and it will not help build my credit..But now I have no choice. Upon coming to this realization, I logged in to try and cancel my order before I get hit with a payment for a product I no longer need, and it's impossible to figure out how to cancel your order online. I'll now have to call back into the line I spoke with previously, and deal with another agent who knows nothing about the product/company, and risk potentially getting charged despite cancelling. I already have a hard time trusting anywhere with my banking / card information as I've been burned so many times in the past. I chose to go through with using MDG after speaking with many people who have used the service, which all had all good to say about it and because it's one of the only companies that actually go towards your credit to start improving poor, or minimal credit scores. I think the idea of this company is great, and was very excited to use the services when I needed them. I would have been a very faithful customer and been very appreciative of the assistance while in such a desperate time. I'm very disappointed that they are unwilling to work with their customers who are about to pay so much money to their company with interest through the roof (which, again, I would have been more than happy to pay for, had it have worked out that I was actually able to get my product) Thanks for the chance/consideration for the assistance, MDG. I do appreciate it. You should really considering changing your policy around a bit to give people like me a chance to actually use your services in a time sensitive situation as I'm sure I'm not the only customer you'll lose because of this. (like I said, you've now lost out not only on an instant down payment, the full cost of the $1000.00 laptop + interest on a 3 year payment plan but also a customer who would have referred many others to spend the same)

For the security reasons, larger down payment that consist of multiple payments spread out within a certain amount time is required in case there is no payment history. So, instead of denying an application altogether we offer the option to create a payment history with us before shipping the product. First order sometimes can have some delays and we understand the frustration you’ve been going through given the urgent nature of your situation. However, each next order could be completed 100% online as we already have the information we need, meaning no paperwork, no down payment and no need to call in. We are sorry to see you go, and we really hope we’ll be given another chance to leave a better impression and help you improve your credit score.

Awful experience you pay thousands of dollars and wen something breaks they want all kinds of pictures and videos instead of just believing you-not all of us are crooks,I’ll never spend another dollar with MDG. Not to mention I have paid for extended warranty Just a awful experience from day one.

Mostly satisfied with the service.
My first and second orders were completed quickly and I received them in a timely manner. My third order with MDG however they sent 2 pieces of my order with UPS and sent the other 2 larger pieces by the ever unreliable Day and Ross. Still waiting for the other 2 pieces to arrive received 2 pieces Monday from UPS. UPS or FedEx Ground would have shipped the items they sent by freight for about 1/4 of the cost of Day and Ross so I paid an extra $500 total in shipping costs for this mistake. Other than this oversight with my recent order I have had a relatively good experience with MDG.

Horrible Customer Service
I placed an order with this company...made payments however none of the payments shows online and my order does not show either when I log into my account when it had in the past. I contact customer service with this concern I was told no it won't show you your order or payments until your order has shipped. I keep telling the person it showed up before..he keep telling me otherwise..so whatever. I cancelled my order asked for email.confirmation its been 2 days now still no refund...confirmation that order has been cancelled. I have called customer service multiple times and have been hung up on several times.. It seems customer service tells you whatever without any certainty or validity .

Very pleased with multiple purchases
I have needed a few things but needed to spread out over payments. I have bought a surround sound system, air Conditioning unit as well as a computer and a bed. Very easy to order and quick delivery

Great selection at a great price
The price, and selection are great. Delivery was fast, but they didn't bring the furniture into the house. They said its ground shipping so they leave at the front door, on the ground, in the rain!

Mdg helped me get things that I couldnt get . Their payments are low and easy. I recommend them to everybody they're not like other rental centres can cost you a lot of money..

Cancelled the order without Reason
So thinking with the 4.2 star reviews you would be able to trust this company. Turns out you can't. I made 2 payments this past 2 weeks for a ASUS Zenphone 5Q and coming today, the order was cancelled with no reason why, and nothing saying I will get a refund. The phone costs $434 anyway where I found one on Amazon for $200. I will not do business with them ever again.

Small Kitchen Stuff
Good company. Didn't know you also carried small appliances. Very handy for making meals. Now I can save more money bringing my own meals to work and not buying out. Healthier too.

Love my sofa

Very trustworthy company
Very good company i have been with them 5 years and as for as interest rate they help people that cant get nice things any where else they take a huge risk make your payments on time and it could open a whole new world for you i started with them and i will not buy any where else my credit has improved greatly but mdg earned my trust! Not many companies left that can do that. MDG is a very good company that will bend over backwards for you.

Great customer service, quality items
I have been dealing with MDG for 8 years now. I have purchased a bed set, 2 computers and 2 tv's, I recently purchased a sofa and sound bar and just love there service, Items are always as described and shipping is always fast, never had any issues with any of my items or my payments...I would highly recommend.

Satisfied Customer
I am very satisfied with my products that I have ordered. The process is easy to order, however I dislike that there is multiple departments I have to speak with after I place an order via a designated representative, then have to speak with the finance department to verify billing, then call back to verify the 1st amount that has been taken out of my account. I would prefer less people to speak with/less steps and quicker shipping process. However over all it is worth it, as I enjoy my 2 TVs, 2 laptops, portable air conditioner, and vaccum cleaner.
